I would be very careful using an offshore company due to the fact that oftentimes they do not have as much knowledge or experience in Web Design or SEO services. Personally, I have worked with several offshore companies actually fixing and re-doing their projects since the members do not have sufficient knowledge to actually complete the project promised.
